Returns & Exchanges

At The Clothesline Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home drying solutions. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit for your space, you can return or exchange any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your clothesline or drying rack and place it back in its original box with all hardware, manuals, and protective padding included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
